We will cover your rights, responsibilities, and shed light on how we protect your family's information in compliance with applicable laws, including COPPA.
We know that diving into terms and conditions might not be the most exciting activity, but it is crucial for us to establish a clear understanding of our relationship. Trust is key, especially when it comes to your child’s Spanish immersion journey with Natlingo. So, let's make this process as straightforward and reassuring as possible. Thank you for choosing Natlingo for your family's Spanish immersion adventure.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between each individual, entity, group or association who views, interacts, links to or otherwise uses or derives any benefit from the website, app, any other software or features, and services (“You”, the “User”, and collectively, the “Users”).

Parental or Legal Guardian Consent
In order to make use of the Services, underage children who are students under 18 years old (hereinafter “child”, “children”, “minors”) must have previously been given permission from their parents or legal guardians (hereinafter, “User”, “Parent” or “Parents”), who will be considered responsible for all the actions carried out by the children under their care. Full responsibility in determining the specific content and services to which the children can access through the Platform corresponds to the Parents. As Internet makes it possible to access contents that are not appropriate for minors, the Parents are informed that there are mechanisms that exist, in particular filtering and blocking computer programs that allow them to limit the available content and, even though they are not infallible, they are especially useful to control and restrict contents that minors can access.
For the purposes of these Terms, the Parent understands that their acceptance and conformity of these Terms, implies the legal representation of the legal identity of the minor that access and uses the services provided by Natling as a student (hereinafter, the “Student”), and accepts to take the place of said minor for the purpose of full repair, in the case of damages and compensation which cannot be claimed from the minor.
