Memberships

Natlingo offers three monthly membership plans: Conquistador, Aventurero, and Explorer. Each plan provides different access levels and is currently available at a 20% discount. Memberships can be canceled anytime.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your remaining sessions will be available until your next billing date.

Yes! The Conquistador and Aventurero plans allow multiple children to share one account at no extra cost.

Billing:

We accept debit and credit cards only.

Billing is monthly and renews on the same date each month.

We do not offer refunds, but you will retain access to your remaining sessions until your membership expires.

No, all features are included in your membership—no extra fees.

Sessions:

We offer live one-on-one and small group sessions (25-minute single or 50-minute double). We also host special live events, like the 45-minute llama event!

Scheduling is easy and flexible. You can book by date, time, or favorite tutor through our platform.

You can choose one-on-one or shared sessions (up to three students). If opting for a group session, you decide who joins (friends or siblings with a Natlingo membership).

Sessions are 25 minutes (single) or 50 minutes (double). The ideal frequency is three times a week!

Tutors:

Our tutors are native Spanish speakers from Latin America, experienced in online language instruction, teachers and bilingual guides.

Yes! You can choose your preferred tutor when scheduling sessions.

Parents can access session reports on their dashboards with tutor comments. If you have specific questions, our team is always available to assist and make any adjustments to your child's learning journey.
